1. Return Window:
Returns are accepted for MaxTag units that remain unsold by the reseller after a two-month period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the MaxTag units must be returned after the two-month mark from the original purchase date. For example, if you purchased the MaxTag on July 5th, the return must be initiated on September 5th.
2. Condition Requirements:
All returned MaxTag units, including any accessories, must be in their original and undamaged condition. This means the items must be returned in their original packaging, free from any physical damage, scratches, or wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Administrative Fee:
A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the original purchase price of the MaxTag units being returned. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the inventory.
4. Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned MaxTag units, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions. After a successful inspection, the refund amount (original purchase price minus the 15% administrative fee) will be credited to your company account. Please allow approximately two weeks for this process to be completed. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

This return policy applies only to MaxTag units purchased directly from us by authorized resellers.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the reseller. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the MaxTag units.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process if the units are not packaged appropriately.
We reserve the final decision on whether to accept a return. This decision will be based on our assessment of the returned items and adherence to the stated return policy.
